Join us this fall for a fun, casual Irish dance series — all ages welcome! (Early Bird: $60 before July 15th! Regular: $75)

Kids, parents, teens, and adults! No experience? No problem. No partner? Not needed. Just bring your feet and your enthusiasm!

WHAT IS SEAN-NÓS DANCE?
Sean-nós ("shan-nos") means "old style" in Irish. It’s a relaxed, percussive, and super fun form of Irish dance. Unlike the Riverdance-style of step dancing, sean-nós is danced low to the ground with improvisation, rhythm, and is usually not geared towards competition.

By the end of this 5-week series, you’ll have a full routine — your very own "party piece" — perfect for sharing at sessions and parties!

We’ll finish with a Halloween Ceili & Performance on Sunday, October 19 — costumes encouraged!

ABOUT THE INSTRUCTORS:
Darcy Noonan and Maureen Callanan began Irish dancing at ages 7 and 5. Between them, they’ve studied step, ceili, set, and sean-nós dance styles. Their shared love of the music, the rhythm, and the sense of community inspires them to keep this joyful tradition alive.

WHAT TO WEAR / BRING:

Shoes: Hard soles are best. Rubber soles tend to stick.

Clothing: Dress in layers — it’s a great workout!

Extras: Bring a water bottle.
